First let me thank Bud Farmer and the other members of the LCT flotillas of World War II reunion for making me an honorary member. It means a lot to me coming from a generation of men that made this country what it is today in war and peace. And as an life long advocate of the space program I was even more honored to be presented this certificate by the guest speaker Admiral Richard H. Truly (ret.)
